I would say that almost all of my favorite books were introduced to me by Asha during my sophmore and junior year. I fell in love with The Scarlet Letter, The Great Gatsby and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and loved discussing the numerous meanings of each line within the books. During Asha's class writing an essay on each of these books was the funneset part, but it was hard organizing my ideas into one unique assertion, as there were always so many complex ideas within the books. I would say that Ashas classes were definitly one of my most challanging and most fun courses throughout my highschool career and I am excited to bring the reading and writing tools that I learned in her class to my Senior Thesis.
